Data: what each vendor publishes on its official status page. OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere, Groq, Fireworks, Cerebras, Perplexity, Kimi and MiniMax are read through the status page's standard API; xAI, Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI through their official RSS; DeepSeek's page has no API, so it is read from the data the page carries, falling back to its RSS; Gemini on Vertex AI is read from Google Cloud's incident list, keeping the Vertex Gemini API entries; AI Studio's status page only renders in a browser, so it is a link only.
Freshness: the server reads each vendor at most once a minute and everyone sees the same copy; while this page is open it is reprinted every minute.
Limits: status pages only list incidents the vendor admits to, usually 10–30 minutes after users notice, and they don't cover problems in one region or one account. Sunny doesn't promise your request will succeed.
